VP for Academic Affairs
The Vice President for Academic Affairs works closely with the President, other Vice Presidents, the Deans of colleges, and directors of units to set the academic priorities for the University. The VPAA’s responsibilities include the development and delivery of quality undergraduate programs; recruitment, promotion, and professional development of faculty and academic support personnel; development of international partnerships for students and faculty; and coordination of academic quality assurance programs including accreditation.
The work of the Office of the VPAA is made possible by the active involvement of many members of our faculty and staff through various committees and working groups, as well as colleges and academic departments.
